DISCOUNTS
For lets of 2 weeks or more – a deduction of £20 per week will apply to all
the weeks after the first week excluding July and August.

Discount of £10 per week for one or two guests only excluding July and August
and Easter and Spring holidays.

ELECTRICITY
Electricity is payable from November to March.
Electricity is charged at 10p/unit domestic rate or if you don't wish to read the meters you can pay £30 / week.

You should receive your confirmation within 7 days.

If you wish to book the cottage a prompt return of the booking form is advisable, preferably by return. We are not able to hold a reservation without a
completed form and deposit.

Booking for Week Commencing

Your booking is confirmed when your deposit is accepted and you receive a letter of confirmation.

The balance of the rent must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the let – failure to do
so will result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation of the holiday more than 8 weeks before the start of the let will result in
a £10 administration charge being deducted from your deposit which will be returned.

Cancellation of the holiday more than 4 weeks before the start of the let will result in
the loss of the deposit.

Cancellation of the holiday 4 weeks or less before the start of the let will result in
the loss of the total rent paid.

Any payments made for linen or pets will be refunded.

You are asked to leave the cottage in a clean condition and to let us know of any
breakages that have occurred in order that items may be replaced for the next guests.

Please note you need to bring your own sheets/duvet cover / pillow cases /bath towels.

We supply hand towels and tea towels.

In exceptional circumstances, bed linen and bath towels can be provided
– a charge will be made.

Coal
There is an open fire (in addition to an electric fire) in the living room.
Two bags of coal are provided for each weekly let and logs are usually available.
